Return & Exchange Policy

At Be Free Collection, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches — which means each piece is truly unique. Because of the nature of our production, all sales are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct one.

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at askbefreecollection@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send out the correct item as soon as possible.


Please Note:

  • We cannot accept exchanges or issue replacements for items reported after the 3-day window.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal reasons.
